This 2003 built finca is located in a very popular area. From here you are in 8 minutes in the beautiful coastal village of Cala Dor, Porto Petro or S `Horta can be reached in just 3-5 minutes. The finca is easily accessible via well-developed roads. Even if you drive over the long driveway you notice the beautiful quiet countryside. Through the electric gate you get to the object. Through the canopy at the entrance of the finca you get even when it rains "dry" in the house. There you will find a light-flooded entrance area with an open staircase to the upper floor. From the entrance you reach the large kitchen which has its own large storage room. Furthermore, the ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms with bathroom en suite and own beautiful terrace and a guest bathroom with shower and a spacious living room. From almost all rooms you can reach via terraces through the beautiful garden the beautiful pool with its own pool bar! From the entrance with imposing old beamed ceiling you reach the upper floor. The object is heated very sparingly by a Viessmann heater (32 KW, 2 x 2,000 liter tanks). The hot water tank has a capacity of 500 liters.
The entire finca is equipped with high quality furniture, in each room you will find very beautiful architectural details that enhance the Mallorca feeling.
The plot is easy to care for. In addition to 45 palm trees and 80 oleanders are other beautiful easy-care plants on the large property. The garden is watered computer-controlled. The quality of construction and the technology are well thought out and bring you the highest comfort.
