From the living room you have access to the 12 sqm balcony. The complex has a lift, a community pool and each apartment has a parking space.

The apartment is no longer furnished - only the kitchenette and beds are still available, as well as built-in closets in the bedrooms.

The beach is 300 m away, the port 600 m and near the apartment there are restaurants, supermarket etc.

Conditions: Additional costs per month 150 Euro incl water, electricity separately, no pets, 2 months rent deposit, 3 months rent in advance and one month rent commission.
