This great finca is located on the very quiet edge of Cas Concos. From here it is 7 minutes by car to Santanyi, 10 minutes to Cala Dor and also to Campos it is only 10 minutes. The beautiful beaches of Cala Santanyi or Cala Dor can be reached in about 10 minutes. It is about 35 minutes to the airport. The finca was built only 12 years ago by a Spanish engineer. The finca has a recently extended holiday rental license for 8 people.
You can reach the beautiful house via a great, imposing driveway. The large light-flooded entrance area is very nicely designed. On the ground floor there is a very large kitchen with a large cooking island. Furthermore, a large dining room, a guest toilet, 2 beautiful large bedrooms, one with a bathroom on suite and both with a beautiful view. 2 steps down towards the pool is the beautiful living room with an open fireplace. In the basement there are various storage rooms and washrooms as well as a pool room.
Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with bathroom on Siute, a dressing room and a very large terrace with a view of the mountains, you can even see the monastery of Sant Salvador.
The entire finca was built with selected materials. The beautiful garden was laid out very easy to maintain, there are over 200 olive trees but of course some beautiful palm trees have also been planted.
Outside there is a large pool 11x5.50m, which is very nicely laid out for sunbathing. Next to the pool is the technology house, which is also used as a warehouse. A pool bar could be built here or another small apartment.
The finca has a very good solar system but can also be connected to the city grid.
The finca has oil heating and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
The holiday rental has been very well received in recent years, so a great finca from a financial point of view.
